Summary

Responsibilities
- Observes, interacts and provides direction for all patients assigned while under the supervision of an RN. Conveys the patient's objective behavior, level of functioning, & any problems or difficulties the patient is experiencing to RN.
- Assists RN in implementing the plan of care for the patient.
- Provides a safe and/or secure environment for the patient/community.
- Completes all secretarial functions.
- Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
- Recognizes value of continued professional growth and development.
- Assists in orienting new staff.
- Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
