Front Desk Attendant

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone.
• Provide accurate information to customer questions.
• Handle registration for public sessions and programs.
• Assist customers with skate rentals.
• Assist customers in the Arcade.
• Enforce skating rules and safety regulations.
• Accurately operate POS systems and handles money correctly and efficiently.
• Setting up tables for birthday parties and other special events.
• Perform general closing responsibilities.
• Operates standard office equipment such as copiers, printers, computers, etc.
• Performs light custodial duties.
• May be required to respond to emergency situations and perform first aid to injuries.

Bartenders

• Strong knowledge of a full range of cocktail recipes and advanced mixology skills.
• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they are well cared for throughout their experience.
• Perform typical bar duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, removing garbage, stocking supplies, and maintaining the bar area (including opening and closing).
• Ability to learn, explain, and present beverages, food, and cocktails to guests in an engaging and appealing manner.
• Proficient in reading, writing, hearing, and speaking English.
• Capable of standing for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Concession Stand Cooks

• Kitchen experience (appliances you must be familiar with: fryer, grill top, and oven).
• Knowledge of food safety.
• Ability to work in a medium to high pace environment.
• Function cooperatively as part of a team.

Zamboni Drivers

• Operate and maintain Zamboni equipment.
• Ice factory monitoring.
• Minor repair work.
• Board and glass repair and cleaning.

Janitors

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean windows
• Clean bleachers
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Garbage removal
• Monitors defects: clogged urinals, lights out, etc.
• Sweep and or shovel snow from steps/walkways, lay salt
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning is a plus.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Availability on weekends.
• Ability to work in a medium to high pace environment.
• Function cooperatively as part of a team and able to work independently.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Rate of Pay: Based on job and experience
