Job Summary
Resident Care Companions and STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants) interact with residents while engaging in daily activities, providing personal care, and assisting with daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with showers, bathing, personal hygiene, and other daily care routines.
- Help residents prepare for meals, activities, social programs, and appointments.
- Support residents with various daily needs as necessary.
