We are a fast paced and growing family owned and run business looking for an experienced administrative office assistant.
Job Requirements
Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, text, and email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies and procedures.
- Greet walk in customers and provide assistance.
Administrative Support:
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Handling incoming and outgoing packages.
Documentation and Data Entry:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and work performed.
- Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files and data base records.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and service/installation departments.
- Manage salesman's appointment calendars.
Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Outstanding computer skills
