Dance Dynamics, a well-established dance studio in Hebron, CT, is seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Assistant & Dance Instructor to join our team! This part-time role (approx. 14 hrs/week) combines teaching and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:🩰 Teaching (Approx. 9 hrs/week)
- Instruct dance classes for various ages and levels.
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans.
- Foster a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment.
📝 Studio Assistant / Administrative Tasks (Approx. 5 hrs/week)
- Communicate with families and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and organization of studio operations.
- Support recital/event planning and studio coordination.
✅ Experience teaching dance to children and/or adults.
✅ Strong organizational & communication skills.
✅ Passion for dance and a team-oriented attitude.
✅ Basic proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
