Job Title: HR Business Partner – Warehouse Operations
Location: Xenia, Ohio (Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week; supporting 3 Ohio warehouses & 1 Orlando, FL location)
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Position Overview
As the HR Business Partner for Warehouse Operations, you will be the driving force behind HR initiatives that empower our warehouse teams and truck drivers. You will partner with warehouse leadership across multiple locations to ensure that our people strategies align with our operational goals and foster a culture of excellence and inclusion. This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the office three days a week along with approximately 15% travel between our Ohio and Orlando sites.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support:
Act as a trusted advisor to warehouse and transportation leaders by providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support operational excellence and foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of HR practices.
Develop and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction across the warehouse and transportation teams.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and onboard top talent for our warehouse and driver roles.
Ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the DanceOne culture through robust orientation and training programs.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversee HR activities such as performance reviews, compensation, benefits administration, and policy enforcement, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports to drive continuous improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Present key findings and trends to the leadership team to support organizational growth and efficiency.
Travel & On-site Support:
Provide in-person HR support and consultation at various warehouse locations.
Travel approximately 15% of the time to ensure consistent HR practices across all sites.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a warehouse, logistics, or transportation environment.
Core Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% across Ohio and Orlando, FL.
