As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact the financial health of the company. In This Role, You Will
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Drive the development and maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
- Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and assumptions for forecasting and optimize financial performance
- Manage P&L/cash timing across events portfolio
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of various business strategies
- Provide recommendations based on financial modeling and analysis
- Evaluate the financial implications of business initiatives and investments
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management
- Create executive-level presentations to communicate financial results and trends
- Identify key performance indicators and contribute to the development of performance metrics
- Build dashboards highlighting budget vs. actuals reporting
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management
- Participate in special projects to support the overall financial objectives of the company
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics or a related field; MBA. Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) is a plus
- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience as a financial analyst or in an analytics/accounting role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets required
- Experience with financial planning and analysis systems (Planful, Netsuite, TM1/Cognos, SAP, e.g.) a plus
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Typical Work Schedule And Travel
- This position is hybrid, requiring you to work at our Hollywood, CA office two to three days per week with the remaining days remote.
- Typical business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Some weekend and evening work may be required during peak financial periods.
- Physical requirements include computer screen time, sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
- Contemporary work environment with indoor work, sharing work areas with others.
