Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions, supporting various departments, and enhancing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in billing.
Responsibilities
- Handles all financial matters related to registrations, including but not limited too: Deposits, Rebates, Final Registration Payments, Certificate Redemptions, and Refunds
- Responsible for processing billing reminders for clients.
- Working within the client software to process and update any adjustments needed.
- Responsible for filing season invoices and paperwork and tracking finances.
- May be called to assist with packing, loading, and unloading for the weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in a business administration role or similar position.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel or similar software is preferred.
- Knolwedge of Square Credit Card or similar processing software is preferred.
