What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mantenance Manager position at DANCHEM TECHNOLOGIES?
- Interact with daily maintenance activities
- Provide technical support, and drive continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed the strategic goals of the site
- Oversee all activities that relate to the modification of existing facilities and design of new facilities to meet the business plan
- Oversee contractor activities related to construction, installation and maintenance
- Provide technical support to the maintenance organization
- Establish and maintain records pertaining to maintenance activities, such as expenditures, drawings, vendor files, equipment files, etc.
- Develop comprehensive maintenance programs and KPIs for new and existing equipment to maximize reliability
- Recommend engineering solutions to solve plant problems
- Monitor operation of site utilities to maintain optimal efficiency
- Assist E&I employees with PLC and other various control systems monitoring, maintenance, and improvement
- Improve reliability by installing programs and processes to monitor equipment health real-time
- Manage the Maintenance spend by tracking and reporting to the CFO, CEO and Engineering
- Manage all Maintenance hours and be able to explain overtime hours
- Track all Pm’s that are in process and complete and report out on the findings
- Work with the planner on storeroom inventory and report out quarterly to the CFO
- Develops the Scope and spend for capital projects, along with managing all work to be done with plant and outside labor
