What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing/ Production Worker position at Dancing Sasquatch Tech?
We are seeking positive individuals to join our team!
Dancing Sasquatch Tech is a progressive local manufacturing company seeking motivated team members to join our production crew. We produce high-quality medical and tactical gear and are rapidly expanding into other avenues. We are looking for someone to grow with us!
No direct prior experience necessary. On-the-job training is provided.
Location: Montrose, CO

Duties:
- Feed raw materials into production machinery
- Assemble goods on production lines
- Monitor the production process
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks
- Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Maintain work areas and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to work in moderate noise environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on foot or seated for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Able to cross train on other positions within Production
- Reliable mode of transportation
Compensation/ Job Advantages:
- Work in a comfortable heated and air conditioned facility
- Starting wage of $15.00 per hour: based on your knowledge and experience
- Paid time off: 7 Days per year
- Pay Frequency: Bi weekly/ Twice monthly
Positions Available:
- Full-time
- Monday-Thursday - 10hr shifts (5am - 3:30pm)
