Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
- Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Follow food safety guidelines in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere
Requirements
- Team player with good morning attitude!
- Previous experience as a barista preferred, will train the right person
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Ability to operate a POS system effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about coffee preparation techniques.
