Role Overview: We are seeking diligent and reliable Bussers to join our team at the new Dandelion Cafe location in The Heights. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in supporting our servers and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure quick turnover.
- Assist FOH delivering water, utensils, and other items to guests as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
- Support kitchen staff by restocking items, refilling condiments, and handling other tasks as needed.
- Dispose of trash and ensure all areas are tidy and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth cafe operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
