Responsibilities:
- Lead residential geothermal project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
