Job Description:
The Residential Geothermal Construction Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our geothermal heat pump installations across various residential projects. This individual will work closely with our construction management team to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
This role demands strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations. Responsibilities:
