We are an independent, woman-owned, environmentally-friendly cleaning company based in Boulder that offers its employees a positive work environment, paid drive time between clients, flexible hours, hands-on training, and weekly pay tips!

The Position: We’re currently looking for part-time cleaners (around 15 hours per week), with primary availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The pay range we’re offering is $20/HR to start. That doesn't include the stellar tips from your clients.

• This is a 3 month temp-to-hire position. We are looking for folks who want to join our team long term. At the end of your 3 month term, we hope to offer you permanent employment.
• We would like to start training towards the end of February so you are ready to go by the beginning of March.
• We offer paid drive time (at your full rate) between clients' homes, flexible hours, ongoing training, and a super cool team of people to work with.
• You won't be working outside of Boulder County limits, but we try to keep all our employees within Boulder city limits.
• We also don't make you work weekends (unless you want to), and a 4 day work week is legit AF.
• We work independently and in teams. We do any type of cleaning that ends in clean.
• We offer PTO and 401(k) match after a 90-day probationary period.
• Quarterly raises based on attendance and productivity.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/move/dance/groove for up to 6 hours at a time.
• Background check required.
• 6 months of professional housecleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and cell phone.
• Go-getter attitude! Plug in your headphones, clean your booty off, and be proud of the end results.
• The ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

• We provide all of the cleaning supplies, you will be responsible for exchanging dirty/empty/serviceable supplies at our office location.
• Use a personal cellular device to track hours on our scheduling app, view schedule, and view client details/instructions. GPS to client’s homes. Must be able to get in touch with the office for any roadblocks that may come up.
• Use your style to accurately clean through the requested areas of the home. Scrubbing, wiping, drying, dusting, sweeping, and mopping, standing, tip-toeing, reaching, squinting, kneeling, and bending.
• Being aware of your surroundings. We want you to be safe and for our clients' property to stay safe. We are human, and mistakes happen. Believe us; we know! ;) We communicate openly about our errors and accept them as learning opportunities. No shame in this game!
• Be reliable and show up for work when you are scheduled. We are flexible and very understanding, but to get paid you gotta work.

This is a physically demanding job, as stated above. It requires stamina and the ability to move for 5 hours a day. This is also a job that requires driving, including driving in the snow. Please really consider what kind of job you are looking for before applying.

The Location: Dandelion Cleaning is based in Boulder, CO with clients throughout Boulder County and Erie.
