Marketplace Coordinator
Dandoo LLC is a home improvement provider that sells flooring, kitchen and bath fixtures, doors, door hardware and other home improvement items both locally and nationally through different online marketplaces.
Job Description:
The Marketplace Coordinator assists in managing e-commerce website product information, categorization, navigation and online sales. The ideal candidate is a diligent, self-motivating individual, focused and detail oriented with advanced computer/data entry skills, committed to providing exceptional online support and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Builds long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Works with customers to resolve issues or concerns as they arise
- Downloads and lists products on online marketplaces on a day to day basis
- Takes photos of products and performs basic photo editing
- Writes descriptions, creating content and updates with goal towards SEO/search engine optimization and sales maintaining integrity and accuracy of content
- Optimizes product listings
- Prints and processes and tracks online orders
- Processes returns
- Answers messages and phone inquiries regarding order status, tracking and product availability
- Schedules appointments and meets with customers
- Has ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Performs other administrative/clerical/sales support duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: · Knowledge of home improvement, building materials; Familiar with e-commerce website maintenance and sales; Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, Able to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast paced environment; Resourceful and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as in a Team; · Have a Team-Player mentality; be customer focused;· Excellent attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills needed.
