In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from screening candidates to onboarding new hires. What You’ll Do:
Take charge of full-cycle recruitment, including recruiting, screening, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Use innovative strategies to build TEAM Dandy’s employer brand and maintain a strong presence in the job market.
Communicate effectively with all team members and be a friendly, approachable point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Essential Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred; however, relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
