- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and enforce adherence to recipes and quality assurance standards among team members.
- Train and develop staff on food service operations, including proper food handling procedures and recipe execution.
- Manage daily prep lists, temperature logs, and other assigned tasks, delegating effectively to team members.
