Job Description:
The Technical Service Representative - Autonomous Systems is responsible for supporting Preventive Maintenance and reactive service activities for Dane Technologies’ autonomous vehicle products. This role involves coordinating with field service providers, ensuring accurate data management, and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong technical aptitude, with a commitment to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist in addressing customer inquiries related to maintenance schedules and service status, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
- Service Coordination: Work closely with Field Service Partners to dispatch service and to collect, verify, and process service data, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities and service interventions.
- Preventive Maintenance Tracking: Monitor and coordinate schedules for Preventive Maintenance tasks, communicating with service teams to ensure timely execution and documentation.
- Service Data Management: Accurately enter and manage data related to Preventive Maintenance and reactive service activities for Autonomous Vehicle products, utilizing Dane Technologies' service management software.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level technical support for basic issues related to autonomous vehicle products, including initial troubleshooting and guidance for service technicians and customers.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support field service activities, including training sessions and on-site support at customer locations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, technical support, or service coordination, preferably within the automotive, robotics, or autonomous systems industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using service management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic diagnostic tools for technical troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams and communicate with customers.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, with a focus on maintaining comprehensive and error-free service documentation.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues proactively and propose solutions to improve service processes and customer experience.
