What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Counter/Material Handler position at Danfoss USA?

The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy of inventory levels in the distribution center by performing cycle counts daily and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
Work Hours / Shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform daily cycle counts in all areas as assigned.
- Research and correct inventory discrepancies from failed picks.
- Report any quality issues.
- Read and write emails for inter-shift communication.
- Ensure daily count goals are achieved.
- Support other business objectives as defined by management.
Required Skills:
- Ability to navigate within the system to research inventory discrepancies.
- Must be able to operate a stand-up reach truck.
- Must have a high level of detail for quality assurance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods.
- Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 50 pounds without restriction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
