Danfoss Power Solutions in Eden Prairie, MN, has an exciting opportunity for a Co-op Lab Technician. This role will provide hands-on support in our dynamic hydraulics test lab, assisting technicians and engineers with critical test operations and lab maintenance activities.
This is a part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) position, working in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians with test stand setups and troubleshooting.
- Support 5S initiatives to maintain lab organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Participate in the relocation of test stands, including disassembly, reassembly, and documentation.
- Help maintain detailed documentation for test stand configurations and test procedures.
- Assist with new test stand builds and related capital projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's degree in Fluid Power Engineering Technician (A.A.S.) or a similar technical program.
- Strong foundational knowledge of hydraulics.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability and willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preferred candidates have diverse work experiences demonstrating adaptability and practical skills.
