Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage inventory by tracking supplies, placing orders, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic math principles.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively upsell items to customers.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations while serving alcohol responsibly.
- Manage dancers and make sure they stay on task And follow club rules.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; candidates with experience in the food industry or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to enhance customer interactions and drive beverage sales.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus for managing inventory effectively.
