Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Fabricate and install fixtures or components as needed.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly.
- Lead small projects or teams when necessary to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting automated systems.
- Assist with welding tasks as required for repairs or installations.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong understanding of schematics and the ability to fabricate components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership experience is a plus, especially in managing small teams or projects.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety while performing their duties.
