Dan White & Associates, a trusted retirement planning firm, is seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inbound and outbound calls, helping to schedule appointments with prospective clients, and ensuring a seamless communication process between clients and our retirement planning advisors.

Dan White & Associates has offices in Glen Mills PA, Middletown DE, and Lewes, DE. This position would be servicing our location in GLEN MILLS, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to a database of prospects to introduce our retirement planning services and schedule appointments for our advisors.
- Inbound Calls: Answer inbound calls from clients and prospects, providing them with information on services and helping to set up appointments.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to qualify leads, ensuring they are a good fit for our services before scheduling consultations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and build rapport with clients to foster trust and encourage appointment setting.
- Data Management: Update and maintain client information in our CRM system to ensure accurate records of interactions, appointments, and follow-up actions.
- Appointment Coordination: Confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and send reminders to ensure clients attend scheduled meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office). ACT a plus!
- Experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a financial services, insurance, or retirement planning firm is a plus.
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is an advantage.

Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Friday 11:00am - 5:00pm
