Associate Creative Director 

Role Overview:

You will strategically support the creative process while fostering lasting connections with clients and internal teams. You will consistently work towards innovative strategies to achieve and surpass client business outcomes. This role requires a dynamic thinker with a strong creative vision and the ability to execute compelling strategies across various platforms.

How You Will Contribute:

• Helps develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with the brand’s goals and values, inspiring the team to push creative boundaries.
• Fosters collaboration among a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Generates innovative concepts and ideas for campaigns, branding, and other design projects, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
• Presents work to the client and is able to articulate why the deliverables have met the needs they discussed.
• Works through the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Flawless execution of deliverables within the time frames given.
• Participates in all required meetings and shows up on time.
• Confers with internal teams and client partners to establish objectives and strategies.
• Keep current on creative trends and demonstrate understanding of client partners' business and priorities

SUPPORT DUTIES:

• Balance client demands with participation in broader agency initiatives, including the new business process
• Works a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day
