Daniel Realty Company has an immediate position available for a lead Maintenance Technician to work at our downtown corporate location on 20th Street and 5th Avenue North.
The objective of the Maintenance Supervisor is to interact professionally with their peers, co-workers at all levels of the organization in addition to tenants, vendors, and contractors. This position plays a lead role in representing the property management team, Daniel and property owners. Will perform the day-to-day routine maintenance of the building utilizing maintenance staff in a working leadership role as well as supervise building repairs done by outside vendors. Must have a strong knowledge of basic trades (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC). Duties will also include working with EMS programming and fire alarm system. Will be required to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps, motors and mechanical systems. Must be a professional with willingness to acquire new skills and utilize technology to streamline processes. Problem solving is essential. EPA/CPO certifiable status is preferred.
