What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Daniel Corporation?
Daniel Realty has a position available for an entry level Maintenance-make-ready maintenance technician to work at our apartment community in Vestavia Hills. Under direct supervision, the individual performs safely various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards by the Company. Perform necessary electrical repairs to HVAC systems, electrical switches, electrical and gas appliances and fixtures. Cleans and replaces HVAC filters and screens. Maintains grounds and pool along with other maintenance duties as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
