As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Daniel Dick - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and assisting the needs of your clients.

- Answer & Direct Phone Calls/Texts/Emails to appropriate person.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Set appointments for agent
- Onboarding/Offboarding of clients
- Assist with claims process alongside clients
- Take payments
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone skills
- Technology forward
- Experience in customer service preferred.

Salary : $24,000 - $38,000
