What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Daniel J Edelman Holdings?
Edelman is a voice synonymous with trust, reimagining a future where the currency of communication is action. Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum.
We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.
Edelman is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within our organization. This is not your typical administrative role—the Executive Assistant is a strategic partner, communicator, and integrator who enables our executives to focus on the work that matters most.
This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations, anticipating business needs, and enabling seamless execution across a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong emotional intelligence, exceptional organization and communications skills, and the confidence to act as a trusted liaison internally and externally.
If you thrive under pressure, pride yourself on anticipating what comes next, and enjoy building order from complexity, we’d love to hear from you.
