Job Summary: As a Project Manager on the AI & Product Team, you will play a critical role in structuring and managing projects that support our strategic initiatives across a global business. You will transform ambiguous ideas into actionable plans, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your ability to build relationships, manage shifting priorities, and provide real-time updates will be essential to your success.

- Develop detailed project plans from high-level concepts, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Build strong relationships across teams and levels, facilitating collaboration and trust.
- Proactively follow up with team members to secure updates and task completion, always maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
- Adjust plans and priorities as needed to respond to changing business needs and emerging opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Organizational Excellence:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.

- Team Collaboration:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally within AI, technology, or product-focused teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Microsoft Teams) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring nebulous initiatives.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
