- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of care plans and documentation for patient treatments.
- File and retrieve medical documents as necessary, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to facilitate efficient patient care within the hospital setting.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing inquiries related to Medicare and other insurance providers.
