Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of ten years of construction experience to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple projects. You will coordinate and lead internal project teams, trade partners, and clients throughout the preconstruction, construction, and turnover of the projects.
This position will lead the efforts in the creation and adherence to project timelines, project budgets, trade partner contracts and negotiations, and internal and external project reporting. You will oversee and manage the planning and scheduling of multiple projects, as well as financial management of projects, including responsibility for Owner Pay Applications, Cost Reports, Production Reports, and Cost & Revenue Projections.
