Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for keeping machines running smoothly? We're a busy woodworking shop looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who can jump in, troubleshoot, and keep our equipment-and space-in top shape. Electrical experience is preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on woodworking machinery (saws, CNC routers, sanders, etc.)
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Assist with facility upkeep (lighting, HVAC, basic plumbing, etc.)
• Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in maintenance or repair work
• Working knowledge of woodworking machinery (bonus points if you've worked in a shop before)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot circuits
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Bonus Skills (not required, but nice to have):

• Experience with CNC machines
• Welding or fabrication knowledge
• Familiarity with PLCs or automation
