What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed attorney in the state of Alabama, in good standing
- 1 years of legal experience (more preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Interest in taking overflow from our core practice areas and building out new ones
- Client-centered, professional, and motivated to grow
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle legal matters in one or more of the following areas the firm is expanding into:
- Family Law
- Criminal Defense
- Civil Litigation
- Bankruptcy
- Employment Law
- Landlord/Tenant Disputes
- Real Estate Law (beyond closings)
- Intellectual Property (trademark, copyright, etc.)
- Other high-demand practice areas where the firm receives inquiries
- Assist with overflow work in the firm’s established areas:
- Estate Planning, Probate, Personal Injury, Real Estate Closings, Business Formations, Contract Drafting & Review
- Maintain responsibility for full case management: intake, client communication, legal strategy, filings, negotiations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with the firm's support team including paralegals and administrative staff
- Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions
- Actively contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm by building your own caseload and client relationships
- Operate with full autonomy while benefiting from the structure and support of a modern, growing firm
