Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting others? We’re a personal injury law firm seeking a Case Manager to assist with hospital liens, medical records, and providing essential support to our paralegals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with managing hospital liens
  • Obtain and organize medical records from hospitals
  • Support paralegals with case preparation and documentation
  • Communicate with medical providers and clients as needed
  • Help ensure smooth case progression and timely completion of tasks

What we’re looking for :

  • Previous experience in the legal or healthcare field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

  • Full-time position with Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM hours
