- Answer all incoming lead calls professionally and efficiently, establishing rapport with potentialclients.
- Complete the entire intake process, gathering all required information in a thorough andorganized manner to ensure the case is accurately documented.
- Follow up with clients to obtain any missing documents or additional information required tobuild their case.
- Open new insurance claims for clients and ensure they are processed correctly and in a timelymanner.
- Assist paralegals and attorneys with various tasks related to client intake and case management.
- Consistently follow up with clients about new treatments, medical visits, or any other updatesthat affect their case.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case progress, anddocumentation in the case management system.
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and informedthroughout the process.
- Keep track of client deadlines, treatment progress, and documentation requests to ensuresmooth case progression.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure timely and efficient handling of cases.
- Previous experience in a legal or intake role (preferably in Personal Injury Law).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to gather comprehensive and accurate information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic while dealing with potentially stressed ordistressed clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
