Position Summary
The Service Clerk will perform all clerical and communication aspects of customer service for new and existing customers. This person should possess a vibrant personality, eager to learn, and a commitment to the highest level of customer service. It is imperative that this person have excellent communication and telephone skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint software programs.

- Plan and organize daily workload.
- Make contact by phone, mail or email to customers.
- Must possess the ability to speak with individuals at all levels of the company.
- Data entry of all communication activity pertaining to customer account.
- Maintain records, reports and files.
- Organize large quote packages.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings and surveys.
- CRM data entry (keeping current on CRM issues/concerns & follow-up).
- Answering customer inquiries for product information.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency with CRM Application Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe applications, NetSuite
- Preferred: 2 years’ experience in construction administration assistance.
