Compensation :

86,000 - $157,400 yearly

Responsibilities :

Develop leads to identify potential clients interested in real estate services.

Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills within the real estate industry.

Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.

Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition.

Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.

Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.

Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and current customer information for agents.

Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.

Qualifications :

A valid real estate license is required for this position in Strongsville, OH, US.
