What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Food Prep position at Dank Burrito?
We are seeking motivated, intelligent, and high energy individuals with a heart for service to join our team! We are hiring full-time and part-time dishwashers. This is an entry level opportunity with no previous experience required, but experience is a plus! All you need is the enthusiasm and motivation to learn and grow in a professional, high volume, fast paced, team-oriented environment! We will provide you with the tools necessary to be successful with hands-on training with opportunities to grow within. Responsibilities include: washing dishes, organizing the kitchen, cleaning back of house, light prep work, and helping out where needed. Must have an eagerness to take advantage of new opportunities. Cross training and cross utilizing skills. Have fun and work hard. Job Requirements: Previous hospitality and/or food service experience is a plus. Basic food safety understanding and practice. Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment. Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities. Open availability and flexibility is a must with the ability to work a variety of shifts. Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality. Great communication and people skills. Work well in a team environment. Punctual with a can-do positive attitude.
