Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Patient Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will compile, process, and maintain medical records of hospital and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the healthcare system.
Your expertise in account management will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Utilize software tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team on territory management strategies to optimize account coverage.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of territory management principles and retail sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to conduct cold calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Experience with technical sales is a plus, along with the capability to conduct engaging product demos.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
