The Company:
Danny’s Detail provides one-of-a-kind service to over 80 car dealerships in California and other states. We are growing! We have about 700 hardworking employees detailing and re-manufacturing new & used cars. We are looking for team player to join our support staff in the corporate office to support multiple departments. We are looking for someone who is like a super-car. Driven, detailed, can handle the crazy road with strength and a high-performance threshold. The position is about 25 hours per week and may quickly grow into a full-time position.
Seeking a highly motivated, results-orientated individual with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.
What We Are Looking for:
· Accounting experience with QuickBooks is Preferred (not Required)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish & English is Preferred ( not required)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with critical deadlines
· Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
· Valid drivers license is required – may run local company errands
· “People Person” willing to work as a team & learn
Responsibilities May Include:
· Generate time summary reports from the previous day and email to managers daily
· Posting financial transactions in databases
· Receive and record invoices, cash and checks
· Produce a variety of reports from various types of software
· Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
· Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in records
· Microsoft Office Suite required
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· The ability to pay close attention to detail
· Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
· Carry out duties such as: filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Maintain computer and manual filing systems
· Other projects as requested
