The Paint Preparer will prepare vehicles for refinishing by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfaces, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish for the final paint application.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior Automotive Painting and Refinishing Experience: Experience in sanding, masking, prepping, and blending is preferred.
- Knowledge of Automotive Refinishing Processes: Understanding of paint types, application techniques, and safety procedures.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address imperfections in surface preparation.
- Safety Knowledge: Adherence to safety guidelines and use of required safety protection.
