Job Summary:
Our Modesto, CA branch is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of quality care to patients in their homes and the clinical functions in the agency as well as maintaining quality standards of care.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise nursing staff, therapists, and home health aides, ensuring they provide high-quality care.
-Responsible for going to visit patients.
-Responsible for training, performance evaluations, and mentorship of staff.
-Oversees the coordination of patient care, including the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring services are delivered according to regulations and patient needs.
-Ensures that the home health agency adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as clinical standards of practice. This includes ensuring compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements.
-Will work hand and hand with the National Director of Nursing and National Director of Therapy.
Qualifications:
-RN License (Required).
-Nursing experience (Required).
-Home health experience (Preferred).
-Management experience (Preferred).
