Responsibilities
- Create an accurate repair estimate based on knowledge of parts, repair materials and required repair procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and provide regular updates to customer and insurance companies throughout the repair process, from vehicle drop off to completion and delivery.
- Provide excellent communication skills and dedicated follow through with the customer and insurance companies throughout the repair process.
- Proficient knowledge in navigating insurance claim procedures, policies and documentation required in completing vehicle damage claims.
- Positive attitude and pleasant deminer between customers , Any and all employees and staff.
- Eagerness to learn and better yourself in the knowledge of navigating the repair process between customers and insurance companies.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive repair or body shop estimating is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone, and in person.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
