Danobat, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Finance/HR Manager for its U.S.A. subsidiary, Delta Wheel Truing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Payroll and Employee Data - Process weekly payroll using QuickBooks and maintain employee confidentiality.
- Oversee Financial Transactions - Monitor all financial transactions, including payments, debt collection, ledger reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
- State and Federal Reporting - Submit and pay taxes on a regular basis.
- Assist with Inventory Management - Process inventory builds and assist in creating Bill of Materials for inventory items.
- Support Accounting and Office Tasks - Provide backup support for additional accounting and office needs as required.
Requirements
- Accounting and Inventory Expertise - Possess knowledge of accounting and inventory management, with proven experience in accounts management.
- Education and Certifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Interpersonal and Analytical Skills - Strong interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Teamwork - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
