We are seeking a Finance and Compliance Officer to join our team at Danobat's U.S.A. company Delta Wheel Truing Solutions as Finance / HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Financial Transactions – Oversee all financial transactions, including payment issuance, debt collection, ledger reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
- Payroll and Employee Administration – Use QuickBooks to manage weekly payroll and ensure accurate employee data.
- Tax Compliance – Ensure timely submission and payment of state and federal taxes.
- Inventory Management – Assist in processing inventory builds and creating Bills of Materials for inventory items.
- Additional Support – Provide support with other accounting and office tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in finance and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
