The Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting key learning and enablement initiatives as well as the operational efficiency of the Learning & Enablement Function.
This position reports to the Director, Learning & Enablement and will be located in either White Plains, NY or Louisville, CO.
Key Responsibilities :
Danone People Survey : own the deployment the Danone People Survey
- Collaborate with Global and Local Teams to roll out the Danone People Survey
- Support the preparation of Danone People Survey outcome reports
- Act as point of contact for Danone People Survey dashboard users
- Learning Systems Management : assume ownership of the learning management system in relation to its utility as a tool for meeting the strategic learning goals of the business
- Vendor Relationship Management : act as primary point of contact for learning vendors and Danone's learning operations
- Learning Calendar Management : manage the learning calendar of the business along with the logistics associated with calendar events
- Learning Operations Management : budget management and logistical support of Learning Managers
The base compensation range for this position is $77-110K .
