Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Solutions

As a Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of Data Solutions and Strategic Initiatives. You will act as our data expert, overseeing the execution of the data operating framework to enhance data competencies. By collaborating closely with diverse teams across various functions, you will define and execute data initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster innovation.

What You'll Do:

Lead Projects: Manage and drive data solutions to the broader organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering innovation.
• Provide Analytical Support: Offer analytical support for strategic initiatives across teams, leveraging data to identify and drive incremental business efficiencies.
• Enhance Data Quality: Implement and support the data operating framework, encompassing data governance, data management, data quality, and data analytics.
• Monitor Performance: Establish and monitor metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives. Identify gaps and develop strategies to drive remediation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Lead and manage cross-functional teams on data-related projects, initiatives, and capabilities. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and requirements. Build relationships and partnerships to drive collaboration and alignment on data initiatives.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's data capabilities.
• Support Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts to enable the adoption of new data tools, technologies, and processes. Provide training and development to ensure successful implementation.
• Promote Data Literacy: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and innovation throughout the organization. Promote best practices and advocate for data literacy.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 7-10 years of experience in leadership roles focused on data strategy and data management, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
• You have advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• You have a strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and data quality principles and practices.
• You have experience supporting data initiatives and driving business value through data-driven decision-making.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have an Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS).
• You have advanced Python/R skills.
• You have experience in change management, organizational transformation, and driving cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
• You have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure) and big data technologies.

The base compensation range for this position is $125k-165k commensurate with experience.
