Your key responsibilities will include
- Consolidating and analyzing global costs and FTE data.
- Monitoring financial performance, preparing reports, and supporting planning and forecasting activities.
- Preparing and communicating reporting guidelines and instructions.
- Supporting the development of presentations for various stakeholders and business forums.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including enhancements to our DBS dashboard in Power BI.
- Assisting in month-end closing processes, including intercompany invoicing and cost center reclassifications.
- You are either studying or have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
- You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- You are communicative and can effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.
- You are agile and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities.
- You speak English at a C1 level.
- You are proactive and can work both independently and as part of a team.
