Senior Manager - Cash Flow

Reporting to the FP&A Director, the Senior Manager Cash Flow will define and animate the NORAM Cash Flow agenda, lead our cash analysis, forecasting and reporting across all Danone North America entities. This role will oversee two direct reports and coordinate cross functional teams to update our enterprise cash flow and balance sheet modeling, coordinate quarterly cash flow landings and drive enterprise projects and initiatives. Given the nature of this role, the Senior Manager will have frequent exposure to NORAM senior management (Sales, Operations, Finance) and will interact on an ongoing basis with global teams (Company Controlling, Central Operations Finance, Central Treasury…). The role can be based in White Plains, NY or our Louisville, CO offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Own our enterprise cash flow and balance sheet modeling, working cross functionally across geographies and businesses
• Coordinate quarterly cash flow landings and close processes for North American segments
• Continuously identify and implement process improvement opportunities, managing impacts depending on business context and priorities
• Prepare presentations and assist in presenting findings to functional leadership
• Communicate operational and strategic measures across organization, increasing awareness of cash flow concepts and impacts
• Proven verbal/written interpersonal communication
• Work well as part of a cross-functional team
• Ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels

The base compensation range for this position is $140k-160k commensurate with experience. About You

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, ideally consumer-facing company (e.g., consumer packaged goods, retail)
• You have proven experience in financial analysis, executive presentations and relationship building
• You have a solid understanding of accounting concepts - link between P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet
• You have strong system skills including data modeling, specifically with Hyperion Essbase, SAP
• You have a proven track record in working under tight deadlines
• You have a demonstrated ability to effectively interface, influence and build alignment with individuals and cross-functional teams at multiple levels
• You have proven organizational and time management capabilities
• You have independent drive and initiative, with comfort in working autonomously
• You have a solid analytical skillset, able to translate data and analysis into actionable changes
• You have a demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and make sound decisions
• You are trustworthy and motivating with strong integrity
